Fortnightly Peer Support group that offers a warm welcome. We can meet you at the door and introduce you to folk. An instant friendly group for you to connect with people in your community. Music, yoga, games, bingo, quizzes, crafts, and relaxed social time. A visit to the beach for a paddle & ice cream, come for a stroll, chat, and identify wildflowers. This is a self-directed group, which means you can ask for an activity, and we will try to provide it.
You dont have to book for this group, but if you are a bit nervous or need support please email discoverycollege@centred.scot and we can get a chat to see what you need.
The group meet at the Wellington Centre in Wick
Teas and coffees are provided.
