Creativity can benefit our mental health and help us to feel more connected with people. Every Wednesday we have a Crafting session which offers the chance to try lots of different types of crafts and meet new people.
You will be part of choosing what crafts we do and we hope to show you new skills in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. There is lots of choice for you and refreshments will be provided.We look forward to seeing you soon
