Mens Peer Support Group - Eastgate

Some of the men coming to the Discovery College have requested a space where they can support each other to improve mental health, improve their quality of life and expand their connections.

This fortnightly group will be facilitated on a peer support basis and it will be a safe and friendly place for men to be listened to, talk openly and be supported in a non-judgemental and confidential space.

This group is for men from all walks of life who want to share their struggles with their mental wellbeing and explore solutions and options with other men who have similar experiences and have been in similar situations. There is no pressure to share your story and you dont need a diagnosis to be part of this group. The power of peer support is in letting you know that you are not alone and supporting each other in finding a way to our own recovery journey.

This group is a drop in Group but has a maximum, number so please book in for your first session
